For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

Access to and use of the mc118 platform is strictly conditional upon the following eligibility criteria being met in full at all times during a Member's use of the Platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. mc118 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from registering an account or placing any wager. mc118 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts where age verification cannot be satisfied.
• Residency: The Platform is designed and marketed for players residing in Indonesia. While access may be technically possible from other locations, mc118 reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts registered from jurisdictions it deems outside its target market or where online gambling is prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are prohibited from using the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order, whether issued by mc118 or any other gambling operator or regulatory body. Individuals who have self-excluded may not create new accounts or circumvent exclusion measures in any manner.
• Non-Employee Status: Employees, contractors, consultants, directors, officers, and immediate family members of mc118 or its affiliated game providers, payment processors, and technology partners are prohibited from holding Member accounts or participating in wagering activities on the Platform.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active mc118 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

To access mc118's full suite of products and services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account security:

• Accurate Information: You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. mc118 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify mc118 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Non-Transferability: Your mc118 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any balance within it to another individual. Any attempted transfer will result in permanent closure of all involved accounts.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any third party — including family members — is strictly prohibited. mc118 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Member's failure to secure their login credentials.
• KYC Verification: mc118 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of account operation, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, and during routine compliance reviews. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension and, ultimately, account closure.

All financial transactions on the mc118 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mc118 supports a comprehensive range of local payment methods to serve Indonesian Members, including direct bank transfers and major e-wallets.

Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. mc118 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• Deposits: Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt. mc118 does not impose any processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted to verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.
• Verified Withdrawals Only: Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the mc118 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. mc118 will reject any withdrawal request where the beneficiary name does not match the verified account holder name.
• Withdrawal Conditions: mc118 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. In such cases, mc118 will notify the Member via their registered contact details.
• No Currency Conversion: All deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR with no currency conversion applied by mc118. No foreign exchange fees are charged by the Platform. Members using international payment cards may be subject to conversion fees imposed by their card issuer independently of mc118.

mc118 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Nyepi, and major sporting tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each Member is eligible to claim each promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. mc118 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers from Members who exhibit patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to fulfil requirements, or coordinating with other Members to manipulate promotional outcomes.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Member's wallet without further notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Live baccarat, blackjack, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers may contribute at a reduced rate. The full game contribution table is published in the Promotions section of the Platform and should be consulted before selecting games to fulfil wagering requirements.
• mc118's Discretion: mc118 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases where a bonus has already been credited to a Member's account, mc118 will honour the terms applicable at the time of crediting unless fraud or system error is identified.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the mc118 platform across all product verticals, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, esports betting, and togel. Product-specific rules are published separately within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by mc118. A bet is only confirmed once the Platform issues a confirmation reference number. mc118 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason, particularly where the bet size exceeds stated limits, where the event is no longer available, or where system errors have affected the odds displayed.
• Voided Bets: mc118 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error in odds or game configuration, including where odds were posted due to a technical glitch at values clearly inconsistent with market conditions. In such cases, the bet stake will be returned to the Member's wallet.
• Connectivity: Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during active wagering sessions. mc118 is not liable for bets lost, games interrupted, or sessions terminated due to a Member's own connectivity issues. In-play bets that are interrupted mid-event due to Member-side disconnection will be settled based on the actual event outcome.
• Sportsbook Settlement: All sportsbook markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body — for BRI Liga 1, the PSSI (Football Association of Indonesia); for international football, FIFA; for badminton, BWF; for MotoGP, the FIM official classification. In the event of a result dispute, mc118's settlement decision, made after reviewing all available evidence, is final.
• RNG Integrity: All non-live casino games on mc118 use a certified Random Number Generator. Results are statistically independent of all previous outcomes. RTP percentages for slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other studios are published within each game's information panel.

The Platform offers a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the Member's account settings. Use of these tools is encouraged for all Members, and is mandatory for any Member who believes their gambling behaviour may be causing harm.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a minimum 7-day waiting period and confirmation of intent by the Member.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Members may configure maximum session durations and opt-in to reality-check pop-ups that appear at set intervals (e.g., every 30 or 60 minutes) to remind them of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Member may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion via live chat or the account settings panel. Self-exclusion takes effect within one hour of the request being confirmed. mc118 will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent a self-excluded individual from creating new accounts.
• 21+ Policy: All Members must be 21 years of age or older. mc118 employs age verification checks at registration and during KYC reviews. Parents and guardians are reminded to take appropriate steps to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform in a manner not facilitated by its standard user interface.
• Colluding with other Members, employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or defraud the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any unlawful activity. mc118 maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the Platform's software. Members who discover technical vulnerabilities must report them to mc118 immediately via the support channel and must not exploit them under any circumstances.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward mc118 staff or other Members via any communication channel on the Platform.

All content on the mc118 platform — including but not limited to the mc118 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software code, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of mc118 or its licensed third-party providers, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, republication, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content or software.

Any unauthorised use of mc118 intellectual property will constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property law and may result in civil and criminal liability. mc118 actively monitors for and pursues legal remedies against infringement of its intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mc118 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform. This limitation includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering outcomes, whether on sportsbook markets, live casino games, slot machines, esports betting, or togel draws.
• Platform unavailability, service interruptions, or technical errors caused by third-party providers, telecommunications failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to adequately secure their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processor.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, game rules, or promotional terms, where such information was subject to a manifest error subsequently corrected by mc118.

mc118 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at mc118.org/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mc118 employs 256-bit TLS encryption to protect all data transmitted between Members and the Platform. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authorised mc118 personnel on a strictly need-to-know basis. mc118 does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit Member consent.

mc118 may share Member data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, and payment processors where required by applicable law, pursuant to a valid legal order, or for the purposes of fraud prevention and AML compliance.

mc118 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, mc118 will notify active Members by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, via email to the address registered on the Member's account.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via the live chat support channel. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mc118 is incorporated and licensed internationally. mc118 operates under an international gaming licence and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and mc118, the Member should first contact mc118 customer support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. mc118 is committed to resolving all Member disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently. The average response time for formal dispute submissions is under two (2) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through mc118's internal complaints process, Members may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by mc118's licensing authority. mc118 will cooperate fully with any such external review and will be bound by the outcome of such proceedings.
